Crisp, seasonal, and anything but an afterthought. Meal-sized salads with house-made vinaigrettes (add chicken, salmon, or steak and call it lunch), alongside charred vegetables and crispy little plates with playful sauces. Order a couple for the table, or don’t share (we don’t blame you).

Do I need a reservation for lunch at Alice?
Nope! Walk-ins are always welcome at lunch. If you’re bringing a larger group or coming during the peak midday rush, a reservation is an easy way to guarantee your table, but plenty of our lunch guests simply wander in from Kendall Square. You can book through OpenTable here.
What are Alice's lunch hours?
Alice is open for Lunch Monday thru Friday 12-4:30. We also serve dinner through the week and brunch on weekends:
Dinner: Monday thru Thursday 5-10, Friday and Saturday 5-11, and Sunday 5-9
Brunch: Saturday and Sunday 11-4
Is Alice a good spot for a work or team lunch?
It’s kind of our specialty. We’re a short walk from Kendall Square offices and the MIT campus, the room is relaxed enough for real conversation, and a menu spanning salads, pizza, pasta, and sandwiches means everyone at the table finds their thing. For bigger gatherings, ask us about private events and group dining.
Is the lunch menu different from the dinner menu?
Yes, and in the best way.
